Light coloured and modern Superior rooms are located on all five floors. Most of the Superior rooms are carpeted, 3rd floor rooms have a natural parquet flooring.

Superior rooms have a view overlooking the old city and river Emajõgi. All Superior rooms have air conditioning, WIFI and complimentary broadband Internet access.
