Christmas menu

This year, the Christmas spirit is again created by the delicious menu put together by the Head Chef of the Dorpat restaurant, Matis Kool.

Starter:
Smoked mackerel pate with marinated cauliflower, truffle, fish roe and Dorpat's handmade bread

Main course:
Duck breast with cherry glaze, potato-cabbage roll, celery puree and port wine sauce

Dessert: 
Vana Tallinn gingerbread tiramisu with raspberries
