Daily room cleaning is carried out between 9:30–11:30 and 14:30–15:30. Our housekeeping staff will follow the sign displayed on your room door: PLEASE CLEAN MY ROOM or DO NOT DISTURB.
Rooms displaying the PLEASE CLEAN MY ROOM sign will be serviced as soon as possible. Please note that our housekeeping staff will not move or rearrange your personal belongings. We kindly ask you to keep surfaces clear to allow for efficient cleaning.
If the DO NOT DISTURB sign remains on your door throughout the scheduled housekeeping hours, your room will not be serviced that day.
For longer stays, bed linen is changed every third day. If you would prefer more or less frequent linen changes, please inform the reception.
Help us protect the environment and save water by reusing your towels.
Towel reuse:
If you DO NOT WISH to have your towels replaced, please hang them on the towel rack.
If you WOULD LIKE FRESH TOWELS, please leave them on the bathroom floor.
