Light coloured, modern and spacious corner rooms are located on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floor. 4th and 5 th floor's suites are carpeted, 3rd floor suite has a natural parquet flooring. 

Suites have a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and a restroom for guests. Panorama view overlooking the old town and river Emajõgi. All the Suites have air conditioning, WIFI and complimentary broadband Internet access.
