Tasty Tartu is here to offer some special flavours all throughout February. During the Tasty Tartu event the local products are highlighted even more.

Starter:
Grilled scallop with crisp prosciutto, spiced salsa, silky Jerusalem artichoke velouté, sautéed shimeji mushrooms and dill oil

 Main course:
Seared duck breast with sweet potato purée, charred shallot, baby leek, corn, field berries and a port wine–truffle jus

Dessert:
Pistachio chocolate cake with honey tuile, torched meringue, blood orange gel and black garlic–vanilla ice cream
